Description:

Designed to assist seniors in leading independent lives in their own homes and communities as long as possible, senior centers provide information about community resources, opportunities for socialization, daily meal, educational presentations, preventative health activities, volunteer opportunities, entertainment and recreational activities.

      Congregate Meals are served at the Tooele and Grantsville Senior Centers. Our meals meet the dietary requirements for elderly persons. To qualify you need to be 60 years or older.       For those 60+ the suggested donation is $3. For those under 60 the cost is $5.

          Meals On Wheels Program

          Description

          Persons receiving home delivered meals must be homebound. This will require a short screening and home assessment. We want seniors that are home bound to be able to remain in their homes comfortably, for as long as possible. Meals are delivered Monday thru Friday.
