Tooele County Citizen Corps Council focuses on Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Neighborhood Watch, Medical Reserve Corps, Volunteers In Police Service (VIPS), Search & Rescue (S&R), and other volunteer organizations. Programs are united under the Citizen Corps umbrella. Volunteers are recruited, trained, and equipped for the above listed programs. The mission is to create prepared, vigilant, and resilient communities within Tooele County. COVID-19 UPDATE: Please visit website for all training and volunteer opportunities.
