Provides services to help customers improve their economic opportunities. These services include CHIP programs, EBT Card Services, Food Stamps/SNAP Applications, general relief applications, Medicaid applications, TANF applications, and non-Emergency medical transportation. Description
The Child Care program is to provide more stable child care assistance to families by supporting employment for U.S. citizens and qualified aliens authorized to work in the U.S. Child care supportive services are available to eligible parents who are employed or are participating in activities that lead to employment.

Description
The Children's Health Insurance Program, or CHIP, is a state health insurance plan for children. Depending on income and family size, working Utah families who do not have other health insurance may qualify for CHIP.

Description
The goal of the financial assistance programs is to increase family and individual income by focusing on employment, and where appropriate, child support and disability payments. Intake Procedure
Must apply and qualify for a DWS SNAP or financial assistance program to receive EBT Card. If a client's case closes, it is advised that they keep their EBT card to avoid reapplying for help in the future. For lost or stolen EBT cards, questions or to check balance on the card, call the Horizon Card Helpdesk. Customers can also access their EBT account through the ConnectEBT Mobile App which can be downloaded from the AppStore or Google Play. Description
General Assistance Program provides time-limited cash assistance to incapacitated adults without dependent children. Its goal is to provide assistance to those in need that are unable to work.

Description
A program providing free mediation assistance to help resolve conflicts between landlords and tenants related to eviction attempts during COVID-19.

Description
The program provides immediate short term help for destitute families to remedy or prevent homelessness due to foreclosure.

Family must have a dependent child, or a woman pregnant in her third trimester in household, and must be facing foreclosure because of past due payments that resulted from a crisis beyond the control of the family.
