Community assistance organization that provides a variety of services in Ogden and Weber County. Services include Head Start, Ged/Highschool equivalency test instruction, English as second language, job assistance, mental health expense assistance, adult mentoring program, and volunteer opportunities. Seasonal and holiday services available as offered.

Description:

Offers internships for college students, assisting teachers in the Head Start classroom; building and grounds beautification; Eagle Scout projects, and assistance with special events. Limited court-ordered community service opportunities available.

Assistance with fees for counseling, therapy, or other mental health appointments for qualifying households impacted by COVID-19 and are uninsured or under-insured. Services are provided by partner agencies including Family Counseling Services of Northern Utah and Midtown Community Health Clinic.

Circles is a resource for families who would like to improve their lives by increasing their social capital, improving job skills, and connecting to members of the community. Through training and weekly meetings, participants (called Circle Leaders) build friendships with volunteers (called Allies). Circles equips families and individuals with the relationships, confidence, skills, and knowledge required to be self-reliant. Circles is a long-term program that assists families and individuals in reaching financial stability.

Weber County residents less than 200% of poverty level.
