Cache Employment and Training Center

Provide services for individuals with disabilities in order to maximize their vocational and independent living skills. Services include youth enrichment programs, health/disabilities related volunteer opportunities, comprehensive disability related employment programs, supported living services for adults, adult in home respite care, and disability related transportation.

Description:

Provides temporary relief from the daily routine of caring for a family member with a disability.

Eligibility:
Open to caregivers of persons with disabilities.

Helps obtain, maintain, and advance in competitive employment in integrated work settings on a full or part time basis. Participants are supported in positions that are consistent with their strengths, resources, priorities, capabilities, and interests.

Eligibility:
Persons with a documented disability (physical or intellectual). For vocational training, persons have to be 16 years old or older.

Provides assistance, training, and support for participants who live with their families, in their own home, or in an apartment. Training activities can include meal preparation, routine household care, activities of daily living, and community activities.
