Ethnic oriented multipurpose center that strengthens the Hispanic family through promoting self sufficiency and education. Hosts Northern Utah CDI Head Start (Community Development Institute Head Start). Services include ethnic advocacy groups, migrant education and navigator programs, classroom aide volunteer opportunities, and English as a second language classes are offered.

A federally funded child development program that provides educational experiences, medical and dental services, nutritional meals, counseling and opportunities for parental involvement to help prepare low-income children and children with disabilities age three to five to enter and succeed in school.
