Provides a community center where seniors may socialize, have a meal, and participate in many different activities. Services provided include congregate meals/nutrition sites (lunch),a bus service, and physical fitness classes.

Senior Center Bus Services
Description:

Provides transportation to and from a client's home and the senior center. This service is for the City of Holladay.

Eligibility:
Holladay residents 60 and older.

Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites
Description:

Serves a daily lunch at the center to seniors and their spouses. Also, provides lunch to be picked up for seniors who cannot leave their homes.

Any adult over 60 and their spouse

M - F 11:30 am - 12:15 pm

Donation suggested, but not required.

Physical Fitness
Description:

Offers physical fitness programs including Yoga, Tai Chi, Enhanced Fitness, and Line Dancing. Also, provides a workout room with a weight machine and stationary exercise machines.
