Provides a full range of optometry services including contact lenses, eye glasses and procedures and treatments for a wide range of eye problems such as age related macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, cornea, and external eye diseases.

Eligibility:
Individuals with a blinding condition, eye disease, or visual impairment.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5:30 pm; accepts messages 24/7

Topics include how to use remaining vision optimally, adjustment strategies, and resources available to help.

Eligibility:
Individuals who have lost their vision, or are in the process of losing vision.

M - F 8 am - 5 pm; accepts messages 24/7
