          Description

          The Victim/Witness Program strives to reduce the trauma of a crime by assisting crime victims, witnesses and significant others in rebuilding their lives. To do so, it provides 24/7 advocacy support and resources for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and educates the community through outreach efforts. For minor age 15: a Petition for Authorization to marry and Court Order form must be obtained from the Clerk's office and taken to the juvenile court judge, in addition to other requirements for minors ages 16 - 17.
