Life Balance Recovery

Provides day treatment and intensive outpatient therapy for individuals and families dealing with substance abuse or mental health issues. Services include mental health evaluations and sober living homes for men and women.

General Counseling Services
Description:

Provides general outpatient therapy for individuals, groups and families. EMDR therapy is available for trauma patients.

Eligibility:
Serves those 18 years and older.

M - F 9 am - 9 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call or walk in to schedule an appointment.
Fees:
Accepts Medicaid, Wise, First Health, Motivhealth, and Molina. Sliding scale fee available for those who do not have insurance.

Description:

Sober Living Homes
Description:

Sober Living helps bridge from Residential to Outpatient Services. Provides a safe, structured home in which to connect with others working a solid Recovery program. Recovery meetings, weekly chores, curfews, and house meetings are required. Separate men and women housing available.

Eligibility:
Must be 18 years or older. Screening process in place to make sure the program is a good fit.
Service Hours:
M - F 9 am - 9 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call for more information and an application.
Fees:
$300 deposit required to hold spot, $650 a month for a shared room.

Mental Health Evaluation
Description:

Provides mental health assessments. Will also do court appointed evaluations.

Eligibility:
For those 18 years and older.
Service Hours:
M - F 9:30 am - 6 pm

Substance Use Disorder Counseling
Description:

Provides mental health and substance use disorder therapy for individuals, groups and families. Levels of care offered are day treatment (25+ hours per week), intensive outpatient (9+ hours per week), and general outpatient (up to 9 hours per week). EMDR therapy is available for trauma patients.
