Provides discounted home and business internet services to qualifying, low income individuals and families.
Eligibility:
Low income and/or have at least one child who qualifies for the National School Lunch Program, housing assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, and do not have outstanding debt to Comcast that is less than a year old. Families with outstanding debt more than one year old may still be eligible, live in an area where Comcast Internet Service is available but have not subscribed to it within the last 90 days. Users may be required to re-enroll each year to ensure continued eligibility.

Fees:
$9.95 per month for internet service. If interested in buying a laptop or desktop, fee is $149.99 plus tax.
