Description:
Provides financial assistance/scholarships to help pay for the associated with sober living homes.
Eligibility:
Applicant must currently be in in-patient treatment for alcohol and/or drug abuse in the state of Utah. Applicant must be willing to remain in Utah for sober living and must be a minimum of two weeks from anticipated discharge date. Applicant must not have the financial resources or medical insurance to pay for sober living.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Complete an application on the website. It will be reviewed by Sobriety Foundation's clinical committee. If approved, an advocate from the program will contact the client regarding next steps.
