Uses holistic and collaborative approaches and incorporates OB/GYN care, ultrasounds, MFM's (Maternal Fetal Medicine), addiction specialists, MAT (medication assisted treatment) with buprenorphine, social work, recovery peer support, and advocacy. Expanding the program to Carbon and Emery Counties in Utah through enhanced prenatal and postpartum care, training providers, and implementing science.

Eligibility:
Must be pregnant and struggling with substance use disorder.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 6 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call for appointment.
Fees:
Accepts most insurances. Financial counselors are available if financing is needed. Co pay due at time of appointment. Please verify coverage with insurance provider prior to appointment.
