South Salt Lake Senior Center

Provides a community center where seniors may socialize, have a meal, and participate in many different activities. Services provided include congregate meals/nutrition sites (lunch),a bus service, and physical fitness classes.

Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites
Description:

Serves a daily lunch at the center to seniors and their spouses. Also, provides lunch to be picked up for seniors who cannot leave their homes.

Eligibility:
Any adult age 60 plus and their spouse.
Service Hours:
M - F 11:30 am - 12:15 pm

Donation suggested, but not required

Description:

Physical Fitness
Description:

Provides a minimum of one exercise class per day. Examples include strength training, yoga, aerobics, and pickleball.
