A smaller day/intensive outpatient facility, and 8 Bed residential facility. The 8 bed residential facility is for adult men only, and located in Eden. The day and intensive outpatient treatment facility is located in Roy, and is for adult men and women.

Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facilities
Description:

Provides treatment for those suffering with substance use disorder. Dextox and residential treatment (adult men only in Eden). Assists with alcohol, illicit drugs (Heroin, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Hallucinogens), prescription drugs, Marijuana, and those suffering with other disorders like anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and bipolar issues.

Eligibility:
Men 18 years of age or older. Not necessary to reside in Utah. No other restrictions.

24/7
Intake Procedure:
Call or email for an appointment. Prior to admittance, there will be a medical, psychiatric, and psychological assessment to find the program that fits the needs of the client.
Fees:
Vary based on program. Works will many insurances (Aetna, Beacon, Blue Corss/Blue Shield, Cigna, GeoBlue, Tricare, UMR, United Health Care) and will work with providers and clients to determine what is covered.
