Prenatal/Postnatal Home Visitation Programs
Description:

Provides pregnancy-related home visit services that include information on topics such as child development, parenting, connecting to community resources, breastfeeding, toilet training, nutrition, home safety, and other educational resources. Offer referrals to any needs that cannot be met.

Eligibility:
Low income (at or below 100% of federal poverty level.) Pregnant and under the age of 21. History of child abuse, neglect, or substance abuse. Children with developmental delays or disability or a household member who has served in US armed forces.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
