Adult Probation and Parole - Logan
Description:
Provides supervision of adults given probation as a sentence rather than a sentence involving incarceration.
Eligibility:
Must be 18 years or older unless brought into the adult system by a judge.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Referral necessary from court or from Board of Pardons and Parole.
Fees:
Supervision fees for probationers and parolees; service fees for residents of community correctional centers.
