Represents clients in obtaining protective orders and other domestic violence legal matters. A client does not need to be a United States citizen for domestic violence-related legal services.

Eligibility:

Unlike other legal services offered by Utah Legal Services, Clients do not have to be US citizens for Domestic Violence Legal Services. Call the office for more information.

Bankruptcy Assistance

Description:

Provides bankruptcy-related legal services filing all necessary paperwork with the court and representing the client at the court hearing.

Eligibility:

Clients are evaluated on 3 criteria:
Citizenship/Legal Residency
In general, a client must be a citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States
Financial
In most cases, the household income must be at or below 200% of the current federal poverty for the household's size.

Description:

Description:
