Substance abuse education and program materials are derived from evidence-based curriculum.
Provides out-patient and intensive out-patient services. Clients are placed in the lowest level of care appropriate for their situation. The length and duration of treatment (Level of Care) will depend upon the individual's needs and their progress through treatment. Determination of readiness for completion of a level of a care is based upon a client's demonstrated ability to use effective relapse prevention skills. Recovery Teams regularly review client progress and status in treatment and jointly recommend the appropriate movement through the levels of care.

Case management services are available for adults severely emotionally disturbed youth, children and their families, assisting them in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services. Case management ensures coordination between all agencies and providers involved with a client's treatment.
Program includes gender specific treatment for men and women. If needed or recommended, clients may be referred to our psychiatrist for medication evaluation and management.
Offers individual, couples, family and group therapy; individual and group therapeutic behavior services; psycho-education classes; case management services (as needed), and random urine analysis.

Clients receive a full substance abuse assessment, which includes a mental health evaluation. A client's level of care is determined and provided in accordance to their individual strengths and needs as reflected in the American Society of Addiction Medicine, Patient Placement Criteria (ASAM-PPC). Clients are placed in the lowest level of care appropriate for their situation.
These services are provided to adults, children and adolescents whose treatment includes the need for prescribing, administering, monitoring and reviewing medication. These services may be provided by a Psychiatrist, Advanced Practice Nurse or a Physician's Assistant.
Offers assistance in finding housing and employment. Meetings for members and staff are held every weekday morning at 9:00 a.m. Various educational groups and employment support meetings occur throughout the rest of the work-ordered day.
Provides comprehensive mental health services for adults, youth and children who are eligible for Medicaid, Medicare and several other insurances who reside in Carbon, Emery and Grand Counties.
Also provides Crisis Services for all residents of Carbon, Emery and Grand Counties, regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay for services.
Outpatient services for children and youth. Includes individual and group therapy, individual and group behavior management, case management, peer support, psycho-social rehabilitation and medication evaluation and management.
Basic skills development services provided to children and adolescents in an individual or group setting, day-programs, residential programs or other appropriate settings. These services assist individuals in developing basic living skills.
In-patient services are offered to all ages for those experiencing a need for psychiatric services, when these services cannot safely be provided in an out-patient setting. A multidisciplinary diagnostic and treatment team will assist the individual in identifying the need for in-patient services.
