Provides a birthing class that covers topics such as when to go to the hospital, warning signs, labor stages, pushing and delivery, medical interventions, breathing and relaxation, newborn appearance and care, and the mother's recovery.

Provides marriage certificates for marriages performed in Utah County.

Provides asthma and allergy education/management from a certified health educator.

Provides prenatal and postnatal services for expectant and new parents. Services include weight growth checks, development screening, postpartum depression screening, parent education, community resources referral, and early intervention services.

Provides copies of death certificates for deaths that occurred in Utah County from 1905 to the present.

Promotes the elimination of all environmental factors that lead to disease, lessen quality of life, and degrade the physical environment.

Provides confidential testing, counseling, and education. Treatments for certain STDs are also available. Tests offered include HIV (rapid and blood), Hepatitis C, Syphilis (rapid and blood), Chlamydia/Gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, Bacterial Vaginosis, and Herpes.

Provides volunteer opportunities to seniors for activities such as accompanying clients on errands, friendship and companionship, and respite care for caregivers.

Provides seniors the opportunity to mentor, tutor, or care for children and youth in community organizations such as schools, hospitals, and youth centers.

Provides blood/laboratory testing to members of the community. Tests offered include ABO/blood typing, CBC, CMP, Lipid panel, TSH, free T3, free T4, FSH/LH, fasting glucose, HbA1C, Titers for Hepatitis B antigen, HIV, Hemoglobin/hematocrit, iron blood, lead, Quantiferon TB Gold, Hcg blood and urine (pregnancy), PSA total, PSA free and total, FIT serocult stool test, Strep B rapid test, urinalysis, vision testing, Gonorrhea, and Syphillis.

Provides prenatal care through the Baby Your Baby program. Care covered includes outpatient pregnancy-related services such as doctor's appointments and prescriptions. The program does not cover labor and delivery.

Provides smoking cessation programs. Programs offered include Way to Quit (adult population), My Life My Quit (youth population), and See Through the Vape (electronic cigarette/vape device users).

Serves to safeguard the health of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating including breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals to health care.

Provides a variety of physical exams to members of the community. Exams offered include well-child checks, HeadStart, kindergarten, sports physicals, scout physicals, missionary physicals, school physicals, wellness physicals, and immigration physicals.

Provides copies of birth certificates from 1931 to the present. Call for more information on obtaining birth certificates from other years. Birth records from outside the state of Utah are not available.

Provides travel immunizations and education to those traveling outside of the United States.

Inspects to ensure that child safety seats are properly installed in vehicles and that the seat is the proper size for the child. The child and vehicle must be present for the inspection.

Works to screen, identify, evaluate, and treat people with, or who are at high risk for, tuberculosis

Provides skin cancer screenings to the people of Utah County

Provides food handling permits and classes. Renewals and replacement cards are also available. Online classes are also available through through third party websites.
