RISE Services - Orem

RISE provides home and community-based support services for children and adults with developmental and other disabilities, children with mental health challenges, and aging adults. They provide various types of help including behavioral, therapeutic, maintaining and sustaining employment, residential care, and other specialized services depending on the needs of the individual.

Supported Living Services for Adults With Disabilities
Description:

Works with each family to develop a service package based on specific needs. Service packages may include after school programs, behavioral consultation and supports, host homes, nursing, foster parenting, and summer programs.

Eligibility:
Open to children and adults with developmental and other disabilities, children with mental health challenges, and aging adults
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Comprehensive Disability Related Employment Programs
Description:

Service packages may include: supported employment, vocational assessment, resume creation, interview preparation, customized employment, on-the-job training, and other services as needed.

M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Behavioral Learning Therapy
Description:
