Provo Veterans Center

Assists veterans and their family members toward a successful post-war adjustment in or near their community. Services include bereavement and grief counseling, mental health evaluations, veteran reintegration counseling, and veteran support groups.

Bereavement and Grief Counseling
Description:

Offers bereavement counseling to families of veterans.

Eligibility:
Families of veterans deceased after 9.11.01
Service Hours:
M - Th 8 am - 6 pm; F 8 am - 4:30 pm
Intake Procedure:

Veteran Support Groups
Description:

Provides support group for veterans and spouses. Mobile services are available for those in Gunnison, Manti, Moroni, Price, Roosevelt, and Vernal.

Eligibility:
Must be a combat veteran (verifiable with a DD-214, military sexual trauma (MST), Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) and family.
Service Hours:
M - Th 8 am - 6 pm; F 8 am - 4:30 pm; Every other Sa 8 am - 12 noon
Intake Procedure:
Call or walk in for services. For those located in rural areas near Carbon, Juab, Sanpete, Wasatch, Uintah, and Duchesne counties call to schedule services.

Description:

Provides various types of counseling referral services. Mobile services are available for those in Gunnison, Manti, Moroni, Price, Roosevelt, and Vernal.
