Provides dental care, general medical care, mental health evaluations, counseling services, and a Diabetes management for those in the community who are uninsured, low income, or homeless. Accepts medical supplies donations.

General Dentistry
Description:

Provides exams, x-rays, emergency extractions, and fillings for the homeless and low-income individuals and families who qualify.

Eligibility:
Individuals who are uninsured or are below 200% of the federal poverty level
Service Hours:
M - Th 9 am - 4 pm; F 9 am - 12 Noon
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an appointment. Will accept walk ins on a first come, first served basis.
Fees:
Extractions $40, Fillings $40 - $80, Root Canals $140

Medical Supplies Donation Programs
Description:

Will accept donations of new and gently used medical supplies.

Eligibility:

Drop off donations during office hours.

Description:

Provides general medical care to children, adolescents, and adults who are uninsured, low income, or homeless.

Call to schedule an appointment. Will accept walk ins on a first come, first served basis.

A suggested $10 donation per patient per visit, if possible

Provides diabetes medical care for individuals with diabetes or hypertension.

Eligibility:
Individuals who are uninsured or are below 200% of the federal poverty level

M - Th 9:30 am - 12 Noon & 1 - 4 pm; F 9 am - 12 Noon
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees:
A suggested $10 donation per patient per visit, if possible
