Provides behavioral healthcare to individuals and communities in Central Utah through general and substance use disorder counseling, a mental health crisis line, mental health evaluations, and psychiatric medication services.

Substance Use Disorder Counseling
Description:

Provides counseling for those struggling with substance abuse and addiction.

Eligibility:
For adults struggling with drug-related addiction.
Service Hours:
M - Th 8 am - 6 pm; F 8 am - 12 noon
Intake Procedure:
Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees:
Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. Those without insurance may meet with a counselor to determine payment options.

General Counseling Services
Description:

Provides one-on-one counseling and counseling in a group setting. The center may provide a ride, or help with the cost of travel to mental health appointments for those patients with a Traditional Medicaid card.
