Helps low and moderate income persons in Salt Lake City with both technical and financial assistance to rehabilitate their homes thereby bringing them up to minimum code standards and to assist in first-time home buyer and home rehabilitation loans.

First Time Buyer Home Loans
Description:

Provides low interest loans to enable low and moderate income persons to purchase and maintain their first home.

Rental assistance is not available.

Eligibility:
Loans dependent upon income. Must be a first time home buyer for purchase of properties within Salt Lake City limits. Must be at or below 80% median income.
Service Hours:
M - F 7 am - 5 pm

Fees:
Application fee $25 dollars per applicant.

Home Rehabilitation Loans
Description:

Provides low-interest loans to enable low and moderate income persons to rehabilitate their homes. For Salt Lake City homes only.

Rental assistance is not available.

Loans dependent upon income. Home has to be within Salt Lake City limits. Below 80% median income

Tenant Rights Information/Counseling
Description:

Provides information and counseling to tenants who have issues with their housing or landlord. Can assist with informing tenants of their rights, sending building inspectors, or directing to legal aid resources in eviction disputes.
