To provide services that promote the achievement and maintenance of optimal health for all people in the community.

The Food Handlers class teaches basic food handling skills, temperature control for food items, cross contamination, and personal hygiene when handling food.

Regulates food service establishments including restaurants, delis, food carts, cafeterias, caterers, concession stands, and various other businesses and organizations that engage in food preparation and service. Also regulates temporary food events (booths) and temporary mass gatherings. Extensive food safety education is provided to food business owners, community organizations, and the general public on a regular basis.

Car seat safety check to make sure your car seat is the right size for your child and that it's properly installed in your vehicle.

Certificates for births that occurred within Logan City from 1916 to the present, and births that occurred anywhere in Utah from 1926 to the present. If the birth occurred before 1926 in another city in Utah, contact the Utah Department of Health.

Testing for diseases such as HIV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis.

Ensure that people with or at high risk of diabetes have access to community resources and support to prevent, delay, or manage chronic conditions once they occur. Classes include Living Well with Diabetes and the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP).

Stepping On offers older people information, strategies and exercises to reduce falls and increase self-confidence in situations where they are at risk of falling. Classes run 7 weeks.

Program provides low-income women, infants, and children under 5 with nutrition education, a smart card to purchase nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, and referrals to other helpful agencies.

The Bear River Health Department's Substance Abuse Division is dedicated to providing quality, affordable treatment programs for people struggling with drug and alcohol-related problems.

Provides travel immunizations and education to those traveling outside of the United States.

Certificates for deaths that occurred within Cache County from 1966 to the present, in Box Elder and Rich counties from 1976 to the present, and deaths that occurred anywhere in Utah from August 2006 to the present.

The Baby your Baby Card covers outpatient pregnancy related services such as doctor's appointments and prescriptions. It does not cover labor and delivery.
