Provides a resource for parents by offering literacy testing and intervention through tutoring services to struggling readers and professional development to educators in the state of Utah.

Description:

Provides assessment and intervention through tutoring services to struggling readers. Tutors are trained in Early Steps, Next Steps, and Higher Steps certifications.

Eligibility:
Struggling readers 18 and under are eligible for intervention services once assessed and found to be below grade level.
Service Hours:
M - F 8:30 am - 6 pm
Intake Procedure:
Schedule an assessment appointment online. If intervention is recommended, the child's name is automatically placed on the waiting list.
Fees:
Sliding scale for service fees. Tuition is based on income and size of family; paid monthly on the first session of each month. Waiting list averages 3 months to a year.
