The Treatment Assistance Program is available to help eligible individuals undergoing breast cancer treatment at any stage or living with metastatic (Stage IV) breast cancer with related expenses.

Description:

Provides financial assistance to eligible individuals undergoing breast cancer treatment at any stage of the disease. Eligible individuals with earlier-stage breast cancer (stages 0 - 3) will receive $500. Eligible individuals with metastatic breast cancer (stage 4) will receive $750.

Eligibility:
-Currently in active treatment for stage 0-4 breast cancer that was diagnosed in the last 24 months OR living with metastatic breast cancer.
- Have a current annual household income at or below 300% FPL (Federal Poverty Level)
-Live in the United States or a U.S. Territory.
