Millard County Attorney Office

Provides support to law enforcement agencies in investigating crime, prosecuting appropriate cases, and declining those that are not. Assists victims in the Crime Victim Assistance Program. Also provides a holiday assistance program for families in Millard County.

Protective/Restraining Orders
Description:

Will assist with protective orders and CVR forms for children, newborns, and adults.

Crime Victim Support
Description:

Victim Advocates help determine what services are needed for victims such as referral to counselors, assist victims of domestic abuse, legal referral, and payment of medical costs.

Open to victims or witnesses of crime

Holiday Gifts/Toys
Description:

Provides holiday toy assistance to families in need in Millard County.

Eligibility:
Families in Millard County. Eligibility will be determined through the application process. Children must still be in school and under 14 years old. Only do the East side of the county.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
For East Millard County: Pick up an application at the Millard County Public Safety Building, 765 So. Hwy. 99, Ste 3, Fillmore, UT 84631. Call for 2023 dates. If you have questions, call the main line and ask for Leslie.

For West Millard County: Please contact the Delta City offices.
