Prosecutes cases involving domestic violence, assaults, drug possession, traffic safety, and small claims. Jurisdictions covered by the Roy/Weber Justice Court include Roy, Hooper, West Haven, and unincorporated Weber County.
Provides water/ sewer services to the residents and businesses within its boundaries, garbage collection, and recycling services to residents.
Operates within the police department. Animal service officers enforce city codes and ordinances relating to domestic pets, issues domestic pet licenses, and handles complaints/ concerns about neighborhood dogs and cats such as animal bites or attacks.
Recreation Complex, adjacent to Roy High School, has basketball courts, racquetball courts, aerobic room, weight room, and sauna. The city offers a variety of recreational programs throughout the year for youth and adults.
