A non-profit committed to providing high-quality eye care and vision education to low income, visually impaired children and other underserved individuals through free-standing, school-based, mobile eye care clinics. Offers vision screening, eye glasses, and contact lenses.

Provides eyeglasses and contact lenses to low income, visually impaired children and other underserved individuals.

Eligibility:
Low-income children age 3 and up and other underserved individuals.
Service Hours:
M - Th 8 am - 5 pm; F 8 am - 12 noon
Intake Procedure:
Call for appointment.
Fees:
For those without Medicaid, begins at $35 for children and $50 for adults. Includes vision screening, eye exam, and glasses.
