Most insurances are accepted. All services are low-cost, based on sliding scale for those patients with incomes below 200% of the federal poverty line.

Description:

Offers a comprehensive range of primary health care, including prenatal and delivery, obstetrics/gynecology, immunizations, individual and family counseling, periodic screening and acute episodic care. Other services offered include laboratory testing, radiology, free and low-cost pharmacy, chronic illness management, and patient education. New patient openings are sporadic; call weekly as openings go quickly.
