The Healing Group

Provides individual counseling sessions in-person, online, or over the phone. Couple, family, and group counseling is also available. Support groups include The Man Cave group for any male whose spouse is expecting a child or has had a child in the last 3 years. Areas of therapist expertise include motherhood, relationships, sex, transitions, mental health, and prenatal or postpartum depression, art therapy, and more.

Description:

A monthly online and quarterly meet up group for men during the postpartum years to improve their ability to support their partner and new baby through understanding postpartum depression and anxiety. The group works to diversify the father's support methods, maximize and make more efficient his time spent with his child, and provide a network of other men with similar goals. Topics include: child development, sex in the relationship, resources for dads, supporting the mother (irrespective of postpartum behavior), and ways to maximize his effectiveness as a father.

Eligibility:
Any man expecting a child or has had a child in the last 3 years.

The 2nd W of each month at 8 pm

Free pregnancy and postpartum support groups are designed to be a safe place for mothers to share their pregnancy and postpartum concerns, fears, joys, and sorrows. Each meeting catered to needs of the group. Topics covered may include sleep, support systems, medications, and relationships.

Women who are pregnant or recently had a baby.
