Description:

Provides an affordable, independent living center for men looking to create and maintain stable lives. Accommodations include private and semi-private furnished rooms, a laundry facility, and 24-hour on-site management and staffing. Boarding may be temporary, short-term, or long-term.

Eligibility:
Male tenants with some kind of income (employment, VA benefits, SSI, SSD, and private pay). Must be able to function independently.

Administration: M - F 9 am - 6 pm

Fees:
Monthly rent ranges from $475 - $950 per month. Discounts are also available. An $80 nonrefundable deposit is required.
