Description:

Provides single family, multi-family, and mobile homeowners grants and loans of up to $15,000 to repair critical damage to homes or eliminate hazards.

Eligibility:
Qualified Orem homeowners who make up to 80 percent of the area median income.
Service Hours:
M - Th 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:

Fees:
Grants or 0% interest rate loans. Loans will need to be repaid with a monthly payment or at change of homeownership.
