Public school district for students in Provo. Provides adult basic education, English as a second language, GED test instruction, internet courses, specialized information and referral, special preschools, and developmental assessments.

Description:

Programs include high school credit diploma, GED diploma, and basic education such as reading, writing, and math skills. Morning, afternoon, and evening classes available. Classes are at Adult High School (636 North Independence Avenue, Provo).

Eligibility:
Individuals out of high school are eligible. High school students ages 16 and older are eligible with a parent's permission.

M 10 am - 2 pm; Tu, Th 10 am - 6 pm; F 10 am - 1 pm

Preschool services for all children 3-5 years of age, who are referred, assessed and have been determined to meet eligibility requirements necessary to receive special education services. Provides an in-house assessment to determine if the child is delayed developmentally, but does not diagnose learning disabilities such as autism or Aspergers. The preschool is located at Sunrise Preschool.

Eligibility:
Students must be age 3-5 years old, live in the school district boundaries, and be eligible through IDEA disability requirements.

eSchool is accredited and offers over 400 online courses. Students in grades 9-12 may take courses from Edgenuity or BYU Independent Study. Students may receive a Utah high school diploma through Provo eSchool. Families are responsible for their own computer and internet access.
