Description:

Provides basic health care services including pediatric and adult primary care for non-emergent, non-chronic issues and general medical care for low-income, uninsured Utah County individuals and families. The clinic does not offer physicals.

Eligibility:
Utah County residents who are uninsured and living below federal poverty standards are eligible. Individuals with government insurance are not eligible for services (Medicaid is medical insurance).
Service Hours:
Tu, Th 5 - 7 pm
Intake Procedure:
Must come to the clinic to be served. No appointment necessary; service is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Call the site for more details.
Fees:
No cost for services; minimal cost for prescriptions. Fees are charged for imaging, if necessary.
