A non-profit landlord association designed to protect, educate, connect, and grow the rental industry in the state of Utah. Represents over 2,500 landlords and 105,000 housing units ranging from basement apartment owners to larger international management companies.

Description:

Represents a wide range of Utah landlords involved in the rental housing industry. Association members receive access to 45 state forms including a standardized lease agreement, access to state/national background checks and tenant screening services, continuing education opportunities, printed materials, and discounts on state/municipal licensing classes. Also, provides access to a rental best practices phone line.

Eligibility:
Any residential property owner, manager, or supplier partner.

M - F 9 am - 5 pm
