Provides specialized treatment of opioid dependency to individuals 18 and older. Uses an all-inclusive treatment approach combining medication-assisted treatment and counseling to assist patients toward recovery.

Medication Assisted Maintenance Treatment for Substance Use Disorders
Description:

Suboxone, Methadone, and other medications are administered as part of the substance use disorder treatment program.

Eligibility:
18 years old and older, live within 50 miles of the center, be dependent on opioids for at least one year. When a client arrives they must be in a state of withdrawal not having opioids for 24 hours.

Office: M - F 5:30 am - 2 pm; Sa 7:30 am - 10 am Medication: M - F 5:30 - 11 am; Sa 7:30 - 10 am 24/7 Appointment Scheduling

Substance Use Disorder Counseling
Description:

Provides individual and group counseling as part of the recovery process.

Description:

Provides educational and prevention resources to people recovering from substance use disorder.

Eligibility:
