Southwest Behavioral Health Center - Washington County

Southwest Behavioral Health Center assists clients, families, and communities in preventing and recovering from severe and persistent mental illness and addiction. Specific services include: assessments and outpatient substance use disorder treatment and counseling, general counseling, a mental health crisis intervention hotline, mental health information, mental health evaluations, psychiatric case management, residential substance use disorder treatment facility, and a suicide prevention program.

General Assessment for Substance Use Disorders
Description:

Provides a general substance abuse health evaluation to determine what services may be needed.

Eligibility:
Provides evaluations for adults and adolescents.

Intake Procedure:
Call for evaluation first and then to schedule an appointment.

Accepts Medicaid. Evaluation fee is $150.
