Senior Nutrition

Provides social events, activities, and meals for senior residents of Millard County. Meals three days a week. Activities and events offered at least once a month.

Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites
Description:

Provides meals to seniors who cannot prepare or obtain nutritionally adequate meals.

Eligibility:

T - Th 12:30 - 1 pm
Intake Procedure:
A call before 11 am is greatly appreciated so number of meals may be planned accordingly.
Fees:
For those 60 years old and older there is a suggested donation of $3 a meal. Those Younger than 60 years old are required to pay $6 a meal. Meals are served three times a day.

Description:

Provides a place for seniors to receive information, services, and support.

Tu - Th 11 am - 2 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call or walk in.
Fees:
A fee may be required for those under 60 and a donation for those 60 and older is encouraged, but not required

Home Delivered Meals
Description:

Provides hot meals to homebound seniors.

Eligibility:
Only Seniors 60 years and older who are homebound and unable to fix meals. To be eligible, one must not have any way to travel to the center, and/or have a short or long term disability that prevents them from travel.
Service Hours:
Tu - Th 12 noon - 1 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call to enroll in the program.
Fees:
A $3 donation is encouraged, but not required
