Provides individual and family counseling as well as substance use treatment for adolescents and youth struggling with substance abuse and behavioral issues.

Description:

Provides counseling for adolescents and youth struggling with substance and behavioral issues. Initially provides an assessment and evaluation to determine psychological and physical health issues. Then, participants move through phases of residential treatment, day treatment, then intensive outpatient care as per their evaluated needs.

Eligibility:
Adolescents and youth 14 - 17 years old.

M - F 8 am - 6 pm
