Community clinic providing medical, general counseling, and prenatal care. Serves all residents regardless of ability to pay, but offers specialized services to meet the needs of migrant and seasonal agricultural workers and their families through Utah Farm Worker Program (UFWH).

General Counseling Services
Description:

Behavior specialist for health services and counseling.

Prenatal Care
Description:

Provides prenatal and delivery services as well as ob/gyn.

Eligibility:
All pregnant women. Works congruently with specialist for high risk pregnancies.

M - Tu 8 am - 6 pm; W 8 am - 12 noon

Fees:

Community Clinics
Description:

Provides medical, mental health, health education, and outreach service to all residents regardless of ability to pay. Services include depression screening, alcohol and drug screening, laboratory testing, radiology, pharmacy, chronic illness management, patient education, and referral services to other medical and mental health resources. Also refers patients to other existing health care providers and resources.
