All pregnant women. Works congruently with specialist for high risk pregnancies.

Description:

Provides medical, mental health, health education, and outreach service to all residents regardless of ability to pay. Services include depression screening, alcohol and drug screening, laboratory testing, radiology, pharmacy, chronic illness management, patient education, and referral services to other medical and mental health resources. Also refers patients to other existing health care providers and resources.
