Utah County Department of Drug and Alcohol Prevention and Treatment
Description:
Provides Court Ordered DUI Evaluations. The screening will determine what program the individual will participate in.
Eligibility:
Limited to Utah County residents only. Individuals covered by Medicaid, pregnant women and IV drug abusers have priority for available treatment openings. Screenings take about two hours to complete. Assessments will determine the needed level of treatment. Treatment can begin within the week after the assessment.
Service Hours:
M, W 11:30 am - 12:30 pm; Tu, Th 8 - 9 am
Intake Procedure:
Must have a valid ID. Screenings are available on a walk in, first come first served basis. Individuals should consider arriving as early as possible to secure a spot. Once maximum capacity is reached, others cannot be served at that time.
Fees:
Sliding scale fee is available. Medicaid will cover the screening if the individual has Medicaid.
