Provides an array of vocational, residential, and support services in which youth or adult participants with special needs and/or disabilities can experience a quality lifestyle in the community. Services include adult residential care home, day treatment, semi Independent and supported living residences and services for adults with disabilities, vocational rehabilitation, supported employment and disability related center based employment.

Supported Living Services for Adults With Disabilities
Description:

Serves individuals who have developmental disabilities and need minimal support to live independently.

Eligibility:
Referral from Division of Rehabilitation Services (Vocational Rehab) or Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD).
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 4:30 pm

Adult Residential Care Homes
Description:

Residential homes provide around the clock care for people with developmental disabilities who require supervised care.

Description:

Customizable training and job placement plan that fits the needs of each individual. Staff can help train for a specific kind of job, help find a job in the community, or provide placement in a job that is supervised by staff.

Description:

Individuals in the Day Activities program enjoy community based outings, arts and crafts, music therapy, yoga, seasonal events, and exercise.
