Serves a nutritious noon-time meal prepared fresh by the onsite chef.

Volunteer legal professionals meet with seniors to assess their legal situations and needs. Legal professionals determine the best court of action for seniors and make appropriate legal referrals.

Description:

Offers daily physical fitness classes and an exercise room. Classes include Back 2 Core, Chair Aerobics, chair Cardio Conditioning, seated yoga, seated zen, Tai Chi, and others.
