Provides support and education to those with disabilities to live independently through advocacy, specialized information and referral, education, nursing home transition services,mobility training, peer to peer help, social clubs, personalized services, and technology.

Provide support to individuals with disabilities so they can acquire skills to advocate for themselves. Also focus on making positive changes in the society that improves the quality of life for people with disabilities.

Provides training to help people with disabilities gain skills that enable them to live independently in the community.
