Bear River Mental Health

Provides a comprehensive array of youth and adolescent mental health services including adolescent/youth counseling, adult residential treatment facilities, child guidance, general counseling services, general crisis intervention hotlines, mental health crisis lines, mental health evaluation, psychiatric day treatment, psychiatric medication services, and suicide prevention hotlines. Services are provided to those residing in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich counties.

Description:

A group home for transitional and longer term support for individuals who demonstrate a need for both structured and supportive living. The group home is staffed 24 hours a day to provide daily contact and monitoring of the resident's behavior, personal care, daily living tasks, and symptoms associated with the resident's diagnosis.

Medication management may be offered to individuals who are actively involved in their treatment planning with a therapist and when it is a medical necessity.
