Provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) that combines behavioral therapies and medications to treat opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder or nicotine use disorder as well as assessments for substance use disorders.

General Assessment for Substance Use Disorders
Description:

Evaluates individuals who may have a drug and/or alcohol use disorder to determine the nature and extent of the problem as wells as make recommendations regarding treatment.

Eligibility:
Individuals with a substance use disorder.
Service Hours:
M - F 5:30 am - 11 am; Sa 7 am - 9 am

Vary. Accepts various insurances including all Utah Medicaid plans (except Health Choice) and and most Medicare plans.

Comprehensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Description:

Provides outpatient treatment for substance use disorders in both individual counseling as well as group counseling.

Eligibility:
Individuals with a substance use disorder.

Medication Assisted Maintenance Treatment for Substance Use Disorders
Description:

Provides treatment which includes approved medication (e.g., methadone, buprenorphine, vivitrol) to support the efforts of individuals with an opioid or alcohol use disorder to abstain from or reduce their use of opioids (usually heroin or painkillers such as oxycontin or morphine) or alcohol.

Eligibility:
For individuals with a substance use disorder.
