Helping farmers, ranchers, and their families stay in agriculture despite aging, illness, injury, or disability by offering personalized solutions for task restructuring, agricultural adjustments, resource access, and agency coordination.

On site assessment of workplace (farm) setup, identification of barriers and hazards, and recommendations for task restructuring.

Eligibility:
Utah resident engaged in agriculture production (must be earning at least $1,000 per year from farm or ranch operation).
